Ventilation Class - How far can a duct run?

Ventilation 102 - "How far can a duct run?" Once the six by-products are extracted from the cooking surface, is the duct run sufficient length to work? Class provides information about the length, turns (90 degree elbows), and other measurements to help you determine if your duct run will work. Answering questions i.e.: Too many turns? Too long of a run? To many problems to overcome? Answers and more.
