Client Account Manager

This Full-Time Client Account Manager position will:

  • Help to create a team-oriented environment that ensures seamless project coordination from selection to completion for all of ADU’s clients.
  • Cultivate an atmosphere of positive energy, dynamic support and genuine commitment to the ADU brand.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on establishing new leads and providing constant follow up with accounts to build strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Educate homeowners during the selection process, assuring that they are making an informed decision based on their lifestyle and needs, resulting in complete satisfaction with their new appliances.
  • Provide stellar customer service for all scheduled appointments and walk-in clients.
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare quotes and furnish specifications for the selections made.
  • Work closely with trade clients to ensure that the selected appliances align with the designed plans.
  • Provide ongoing support to the homeowner after the sale and completion of their project.
  • Through visits and by attending industry related events, network with local trade clients in the design and building communities to foster strong relationships and keep them informed of the latest developments in the appliance industry.
  • Support the manager in keeping the showroom appearance in a pristine and organized condition.

Position Requirements:

  • Team oriented individual with excellent demeanor and a constant drive to achieve the highest customer service standards.
  • 3+ years high-end product sales or luxury showroom experience.
  • Experience in industry-related fields of custom home building, interior design, project management, luxury home products and furnishings a plus.
  • The ability to manage client expectations efficiently and effectively.
  • Exquisite (or Superior) communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • In a constantly changing environment, ability to multitask, prioritize and support your team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Internet-based applications.
  • Willingness to attend evening events hosted by ADU.
  • Occasional out of state travel to manufacturer provided training.

Full time, five days a week, salaried position, with the opportunity for sales bonuses. Additional income generated from sales and paid by individual vendors. Competitive benefits package. Showroom hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am-3:00 pm. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
